Emily’s path with TPI Hospitality is the perfect example of what happens when potential is recognized—and continuously supported.

Her journey began at the Staybridge Suites Arbor Lakes, where she joined the team as a Front Desk Supervisor. From the very beginning, Emily stood out for her warmth, work ethic, and ability to make guests feel right at home—qualities that set the foundation for everything that came next.

From the Front Desk to Leadership

Emily’s dedication and leadership quickly earned her opportunities to grow:

  • Assistant General Manager (Staybridge Suites Eagan)
    Here, she expanded her operational knowledge and strengthened her leadership skills while guiding a new team in a new market.
  • Front Front Office Manager (Holiday Inn Arbor Lakes)
    Emily continued to evolve, taking the lead on front office operations and elevating the guest experience.
  • Assistant General Manager (Staybridge Suites Arbor Lakes)
    Returning to Arbor Lakes, she brought with her a deeper perspective, helping drive performance and team culture forward.

Scaling New Heights in Multi-Property Operations

Emily’s next chapter led her to a dual-brand role as Operations Manager for the Residence Inn & SpringHill Suites Arbor Lakes, where she supported two bustling hotels and helped maintain the service excellence our teams are known for.

Where She Is Today

Now serving as a Sales Manager for our Maple Grove Campus, Emily continues to make an impact—building relationships, driving revenue, and showcasing the very best of TPI Hospitality.
