I thought Megan did a great job getting everything planned out for us, her help was very beneficial when we were unsure what to choose. Also Abby, the head of catering for the night, did an awesome job. She made sure everything was going the way we expected. Then the night manager, put our mind at ease with the clean up and getting everything on one table and boxing up the rest of the cupcakes. I am so pleased with the way everything went. We received so many compliments about the food, it was amazing the meats where so tender! Awesome awesome awesome job! I couldn’t be happier with how the night went.
We had a lot of people at the dinner & dance & the staff was very accommodating from setting up an extra table to putting out extra chairs & making sure the punch bowl was filled whenever it got low. They were also great on serving the food, which was exceptional. All around great experience!
Thanks for everything you did to make our stay so perfect! Lisa was so kind to reserve the “Meeting Room” for us and everything. Thanks again! Can’t wait to stay again sometime.

Please tell your conference center staff: Paige, Monte and all the staff that the service and food was terrific. They took care of every detail and provided excellent service that day for special requests and last minute needs (including 3 bandaids from the hotel registration staff! 🙂
We did have early tech issues before the event that was a bit stressful for our tech person that day – but all was resolved before the event started.
That’s the kind of service we have come to appreciate from all of you. What you do reflects on us as well, and you help make us look good.
We reserved a block of rooms for our wedding, and reserved the meeting room next to the lobby for a brunch on Sunday morning. Tara Halen assisted me with the reservation and then worked with my sister in law to prepare the room. Tara was wonderful, and the room looked great. The presentation and set up was great, the water dispensers were attractive and there was fruit in the water, and the coffee was very good. I would definitely recommend the Homewood Suites to anyone planning a wedding or event!
By far the best hotel our volleyball team stayed at the entire season. EVERY staff member encountered was extremely courteous, attentive and helpful. We can not say enough good things about the stay – so customer focused and made us feel welcome and special! Thank you!

Angie Hoffman was an absolute pleasure to work with. When working with a catering/event manager such as her, it is so great to have someone who is friendly, follows through, is quick with a response, asks questions, etc. She even followed up after our event to see how everything went and wanted feedback. I plan events for our company, but do not attend them; so it makes it so much easier when I have someone such as Angie to work with to ensure these meetings/events go smoothly. Thanks, Angie!
The rooms were so nice and extremely clean. We loved the pool area and appreciated having the restaurants next door. The breakfast was also a greatly appreciated amenity.
The girls LOVED the fact that you had a welcome note on the message board for the volleyball players in the tournament. A little recognition goes a long way with teenagers!

I reserved the “Naples Banquet Room” at the above hotel for my retirement party from the Police Dept. My wife and I could not have been any happier with Angie Hoffman the representative that we dealt with through out. She was extremely easy to work with and very accommodating. The manager or person that worked with us all evening was Deb and the bartender was Brian. They treated our entire group of over 95 people wonderfully and everyone had nothing but positive comments. Everyone commented not only about the quality and taste of the food but also the amount of food they received. Your staff and banquet room environment made this evening extremely memorable for me on my retirement as a Police Officer after 34 years of service. Thank You!
Our guest speaker from Massachusetts, who stays in Hamptons frequently and uses his computer for his talks all over the US, said this was the first and only time all his wires worked perfectly. The ceiling projector worked perfectly, ALL was very good. The staff on duty at the time were great, the arrangements with the sales office was GREAT.
I cannot think of anything that would have made it a better experience!
I used this for a hotel room for my wedding. They were very accommodating for my guests! They were very easy to set up this reservation and they were so much better about everything than any other hotel that I got in contact with.
I wanted to take a moment to congratulate you on the job your team at the New Brighton Homewood Suites did for us during our recent stay. I had to book about twenty rooms for a couple of nights for a meeting in the area and chose the Homewood because of its Hilton affiliation.
Every aspect of our stay was handled in a friendly, professional and efficient manner. From the booking with Denise Logman to the check in to the breakfast and dinner crew, Jewel in particular, I was amazed at what a great team you have. Even employees walking down the hallway were friendly and offered a genuine good morning.
One of our folks even requested a framed photo of Nicholas Cage, as a joke, and……….sure enough, when he arrived there were two photos of Mr. Cage in his room. I can tell you that during the portion of our meeting where we discussed customer service, I used the New Brighton Homewood Suites of an example of a team that goes above and beyond for their customers.
I want to thank you and your team for making us feel like very welcome guests and we all look forward to our next trip to New Brighton!

Erin and the friendly event staff were overwhelmingly helpful and accommodated all our requests and last minute changes. A very positive attitude during what was a stressful time for our committee. Everything went smoothly and they had some brilliant organizational tips. A very hard working crew and they should be commended for their professionalism. We will recommend them to other organizations and will rent the facility in the future.
