Top Core Value: Tenure is Reinvented

Joel believes that when a team works together they grow together.  He is always at the heart of what our associates need and what our guests want.  He always is saying “ what is your legacy and what do you want to be known for.”  His optimism and drive to make TPI one of the top companies to work for in the hotel industry, is shown in the way he talks to everyone he meets.  He has been in the hospitality industry for the past 20 years leading award winning teams in sales and operations.

Joel is a proud father to three talented and gifted boys and the husband to one incredible wife who is his rock and partner. They travel up north to their get away place with all of the other vacationers each weekend to create memories and enjoy family life.  He is a constant learner and volunteer to many organizations as he has a servant heart.  That is why he has made the hospitality industry and TPI his home away from home.

Joel’s favorite Core Value is Tenure is reinvented, if you’re not reinventing who you are and what you do each year, your value isn’t as strong as it could be to any organization.  We all need to continue to learn and develop our role each year and accept change as it continues to happen around us.  Challenge yourself daily and always want more, because the more we know, the better we are.

When you “live the dream”  everything else is that much more fun.

We would love to hear from you!

Please tell us how we are doing by sending an email directly to me. Thank you!
